PKT-300 - Compact ProTalk Business Radio 2W Analog UHF - Kenwood
From $185.00
Available to order View radio & optionsChoose the Kenwood PKT-300 when a compact radio is the priority. Compare the NX-P1300AUK when your team wants a full-size 5-watt UHF analog handheld for an active workplace. Neither choice should be made on wattage alone: the building, radio setup and people carrying it matter.

Start with how the radio will be worn. A radio that is comfortable to carry is easier to keep with the user through a shift. The PKT-300 is worth comparing for guest-facing and retail roles where compact size matters. Check that the selected earpiece fits the exact radio, and include charging locations in your plan.
The NX-P1300AUK is worth comparing when your team wants a larger UHF handheld with more transmit power. More watts do not guarantee coverage through every wall or between every building. Walk the actual routes your team uses and check the difficult locations before placing a full fleet order.
Both must use compatible frequencies and analog signaling settings to communicate. A matching channel number on two displays does not establish compatibility. Send us the full model number from your current radio and any programming information. If the existing system uses digital operation, confirm its format before buying an analog replacement.
Count simultaneous users, then plan shift handoffs and charging. Compare the PKT-300 single radios and team packs by included chargers and programming options. A pack is not automatically cheaper than buying individual radios. Use the current product-page price and check what is included.
Compare the NX-P1000 lineup or ask Walkie Talkie Depot to help plan your order. Include your workplace, current model numbers, number of users and any coverage concerns.

This is a required equipment rating, not a durability upgrade.
An existing system needs the correct model, frequencies and programming.
Check the full model number on the radio label. Select “Other” if it does not match exactly.
Choose the installation you need.
Building materials, terrain and obstructions affect coverage.
These are general guidelines. If your workplace requires a specific band, choose that band. Walls, terrain and the radio setup affect coverage.
Analog is usually the simpler, lower-cost starting point. Digital can keep voices clearer with less static as the signal weakens. Neither guarantees coverage everywhere.
We will show a matching team pack when one is available.
