Send the full model numbers, the number of radios you need and any existing channel or programming information. Matching channel numbers alone does not establish compatibility: the frequency band, operating frequencies, analog or digital mode and signaling settings must work together.

What to include in your request

• Current radio model numbers and any available programming file or channel list
• Models and quantities you want to purchase or have reviewed
• Your workplace, team roles and areas where communication is difficult
• Whether the system is analog, NXDN or DMR, if known
• Your required delivery date and accessories you plan to use

For product pages that offer a custom-programming option, review the selected option and displayed price before adding the radio to your cart. For an existing fleet or other programming work, request a quote. We will confirm supported models, scope, pricing and timing before proceeding.

What programming can and cannot solve

Programming can align compatible equipment with an agreed channel plan. It cannot make a VHF radio communicate directly with a UHF radio or make incompatible digital formats interchangeable. It also does not guarantee coverage through every building or remove the need to confirm your operating requirements.
