Return and Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging with all included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

Requesting a return

Email info@walkietalkiedepot.com before returning any items. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping and fees

The customer pays return shipping costs. We charge no restocking fee (0%).

Programmed radios

Programmed radios are eligible for return under the same return window and condition requirements as other radios.

For an approved return, programming fees are refunded along with the returned products. Customer-paid return freight is not reimbursed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions

Sale items, gift cards and other special-order or personalized products are not returnable. This custom-product exclusion does not apply to radios with our programming service.

These exclusions do not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Exchanges

To obtain a replacement, return the original item through the process above and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after approval. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
